Tuco Benedicto Pacifico Juan Maria Ramirez

I was given a kit for brewing a blonde ale for my birthday. I have moved on from extract brewing and didn't see a blonde in my future but I just can't let this kit go to waste. I left the hops that came with the kit in my friend's fridge so I used hops from my fridge and I tweaked the recipe a little so it is a Corvus Original.
Tuco's Bitch 1
Everything went well. My target gravity was 1.052 and my OG is 1.054.
Tuco's Bitch 2
I boosted the yeasts and they got to working hard.

A one off for sure, I think we'll call it Tuco's Bitch.

Pallidus: Batch Two was bottled up this week also.
Bottling Pallidus 1
Bottling Pallidus 2
A pale ale inspired by the rich brewing tradition of the West Coast. An abundance of hops, a California APA yeast and dry hopping to boot. Small batch: 30-12oz and 4 bombers.

Vigoratus and Corvusblanca have been very well received. Need to make more as soon as a carboy becomes available.

I have started building a gravity beer sculpture. It's going to take awhile as investment capital keeps trickling in. There is a t-shirt not available.
That Dog's Drunk on Life
At least not yet.

Blondie: In this world there's two kinds of people, my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig.

Of course, I think that this quote would be perfect if that last line ended with a question mark instead of a period. But then again, I'm a smelly hippie.

You dig?
