Did that go horribly?
YesDid I learn a lot?
Yes
Much like the brewing of Batch One this was fucked up and messy.
Let's just say there will be variations from beer to beer and I'll be lucky if none of the bottles explode.
Twenty 22 oz bottles of varying shape and fullness.
On a happier note, it tastes like beer and has no apparent contamination, yet.
Gives me hope for Batch Two.

I drink a lot of beer with my neighbor, The Judge. He is strictly an IPA man. He tried his hand at brewing and failed often enough that he became frustrated and sold all his equipment. It surprised me; John is a diligent, intelligent, fussy individual. I decided if John couldn't do it, I couldn't do it either. Over time we came up with an alternative plan. Tomorrow evening we take our growlers and head for Worth Brewing. Good luck. The world need more good beer.
